Accessibility

Last updated · May 13, 2026

Precisian Group believes our work should be usable by every person who needs it. This statement explains our commitment to digital accessibility, what we've done, where we know we still have work to do, and how to reach us with feedback.

i.Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time check, and revisit our work as the site grows.

ii.What we've done

  • Color contrast on text and interactive elements tested against WCAG 2.1 AA ratios across both light and dark sections of the site.
  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy, lists, and landmark regions to support screen reader navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements including links, buttons, dropdowns, and methodology drawers.
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements so users navigating with a keyboard can see where they are on the page.
  • Body text set at readable sizes with proper line height and the ability to scale via browser zoom up to 200% without content loss.
  • Alt text on meaningful images. Decorative imagery is marked as such so screen readers skip it.
  • Reduced-motion sensitivity respected for users who prefer minimal animation.

iii.Known limitations

We test the site regularly but it's possible some content or third-party embeds (such as the booking widget on the Consultations page) may not yet meet AA standards in every respect. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can correct it.

iv.How we evaluate

Internal review combines automated testing (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) with manual testing using keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software (NVDA, VoiceOver). New features are reviewed before launch; the broader site is reviewed at least quarterly.

v.Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please reach out through the Consultations page and reference "accessibility" in your message. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information you need.

vi.Formal complaints

If we're unable to resolve a concern to your satisfaction, you have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, or with your state's accessibility enforcement authority.
