Healthcare data — sourced, structured, defensible at scale.

Evidence pipelines · OCR · AI review · Acta platform

We work data the way evidence demands. Enterprise reporting, dashboards, OCR pipelines, AI-assisted review, structured extraction, FHIR/HL7/EDI integration, and Acta — our AI review platform that powers the evidence trail. The same standard of evidence, applied at the scale the work requires — analysis built to hold up wherever it’s examined.

Sub-services within this hub
  1. Enterprise reporting & dashboards — KPI architecture, executive reporting, operational dashboards.
  2. OCR & document intelligence — chart, record, and form extraction at investigative scale.
  3. AI-assisted review (Acta platform) — evidence-grade automation for chart review and audit work.
  4. FHIR / HL7 / EDI integration — healthcare data interoperability.
  5. Workflow automation — from manual review to assisted-review pipelines.
  6. Predictive analytics — risk stratification, fraud detection, outcomes modeling.
  7. Audit automation — sampling, sensitivity, citation mapping at scale.
  8. Evidence intelligence platforms — custom builds for program integrity teams.

The engagement

What you receive

What changes when we work the case:

  • Chart review at scale, with citation discipline. Acta platform mounts the AI work onto an evidence-grade workflow.
  • Evidence pipelines built to defend the methodology. Statistical sampling, chain-of-custody, audit-ready outputs.
  • AI assistance that holds at hearing. Outputs traced to source, citations indexed, methodology documented.
  • FHIR / HL7 / EDI integration with audit trails intact. Source systems unified without compromising defensibility.
  • Analytics that change operations. KPI architecture that surfaces where to act, not just what happened.

Regulatory context

The rules this work is built to.

AI in healthcare is now a regulated activity. CMS limits how Medicare Advantage plans may use algorithms in coverage decisions (CMS-4201-F, applicable since January 2024); ONC’s HTI-1 rule requires transparency for decision-support AI; and Texas’s Responsible AI Governance Act took effect January 1, 2026.

The integrity contractors run analytics too — outlier suspensions now start from data, not complaints. Using AI defensibly means documented methodology, human validation, and outputs that trace to source: exactly the discipline Acta is built around.

Questions

From the case file.

How does Acta differ from other AI review platforms?

Acta is built around the case-file methodology. Every output is traceable to source. Citation discipline is the architecture, not a feature layer.

Can we use your analytics work without committing to Acta?

Yes. Most of our analytics, OCR, and integration work is platform-agnostic. Acta is one option, not a precondition.

How does HIPAA-aligned governance work for AI training data?

De-identification protocols, BAA frameworks, segregated training environments. Our governance is healthcare-native.

What does this cost?

Project work scoped flat-fee or phased. Acta platform usage on subscription. Scoping memo in week one before any meaningful commitment.

How quickly can you start?

Standard intake within five business days. Active audit-scale work within 48 hours.
